Peter Thuile, apple farmer from Gargazon/
Gargazzone
, about the Fuji
The Fuji variety comes originally from Japan and is the world's number one cultivated apple. This apple feels particularly at home in the warm valleys and is harvested quite late. The pulp has a particularly fine filigree structure. Successful cultivation of this variety poses a challenge that requires a great deal of expert knowledge.
