2-3 whole cloves
1-2 pieces of organic lemon peel

10-12 whole cloves

Applesauce recipe
Preparation
Peel, core and slice the apples and cook along with the spices in a steamer basket until soft. Remove the spices, mash or puree the apples and serve the applesauce warm. It tastes good cold as well.
