½ kg fennel
½ kg oranges

6 apples Südtiroler Apfel PGI (3 Fuji and 3 Pink Lady)
1 kg fennel
1 kg oranges

12 apples Südtiroler Apfel PGI (6 Fuji and 6 Pink Lady)
2 kg fennel
2 kg oranges

Preparation

Peel the oranges and put into a juice extractor together with the other ingredients. Fill into glasses and decorate as desired.
