First sprinkle cinnamon on the apples, wrap them in aluminium foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then allow to cool and remove the core.
Mix the cranberries and the sugar by hand or with a mixer.
For the milk chips, pour some long-life milk into a preheated frying pan and wait until it caramelises. Then scrape off with a spatula. That’s it! The milk chips are now ready!
When serving, place an apple on the plate and the cranberries and milk chips on top.
